Born Kellie Dawn Pickler in June 28, 1986 Pickler had a troublesome childhood. When she was two she left her mother's violent relationship. She came back into Pickler's world in 1995 when she took custody of her. It didn't go according to was planned. When Pickler aged twelve, the court sent her to her grandmothers, who brought her up to adulthood. Pickler had to be busy with her young children in absence of her parents. Pickler said she was not able to devote time to study, she decided to learn how to cook and wash at a young time. Pickler was part of her middle school and high school's cheerleading squad. North Stanly High School, which she attended from 2004 when she graduated, was her alma mater. Pickler has also attempted her hand as a model. She had been named Miss Stanly.
